Smile Kara Coconut Milk - WF/GF/V/Ve/DF/LF/YF

Tasted some of this at the Eco Veggie Fayre and thought it was realy nice so went back for another taster later! I would personally say that it's more lighter and pleasant than soya milk and slightly more creamier than rice milk. If you are adverse to the smell and taste of coconut, you could well find that you might be okay with this as thre wasn't much of a taste or smell to it at all....... but I am an avid fan of coconut so that may well just be me!

It retails around £1.29 for a litre and is available in most health food shops, Waitrose, Tesco and Planet Organic

Aha RichMoly gave me an alternative idea if you can't get hold of Kara, simply add water to canned coconut milk and hey presto.................so simple, why didn't I think of that!

Works out cheaper too depending on how much you have paid for your can

And another cheaper way would be to use the coconut milk powder to make up a batch
