If you are into Pink Himalayan rock salt (http://www.thehimalayansaltcompany.com/index.php), this company could be the one for you, I've ordered it from various places since Suzi Grant (http://suzigrant.com/Joomla/) put me onto it, but so far this place has come up cheapest - you're absolutely welcome to prove me wrong, don't forget prices can up or down though ;)

Anyhow, I have to say my first order last week came fast, I think about a day earlier than they said even! So kudos there cos I am an impatient person :D

In case any of you haven't come across this salt it apparently has all the minerals that body requires.

Taken from the above site;
Pristine and pure, hidden away from modern-day pollutants in the atmosphere (such as carbon monoxide or nitrates) until removed by hand, this gift from Mother Nature contains more minerals than Dead Sea Salt.
The unique crystaline structure of Himalayan Mountain salt was forged two hundred and fifty million years ago by the heat and pressure generated as the Himalayan Massif forced itself up from the ancient sea bed between tectonic plates.
The salt here has been harvested for over three thousand years and today is still valued for its quality world-wide.
As Bath Salt on its own or mixed with pure essential oils, our bath products are guaranteed to be free from additives and will not contain any chemical surprises found on other labels.

The Himalayan Salt Co. also do bath salt (http://www.thehimalayansaltcompany.com/index.php?cPath=26) at a good price too, this apparently helps you to detox..........but I haven't tried it yet! :o

They also do a great discount on Salt Lamps (http://www.thehimalayansaltcompany.com/index.php?cPath=27) too, these are supposed to omit negative ions like an ioniser, so far we have mixed results in our house, but that said they are extremely aesthetically pleasing to me so all's good.

Thanks Jax ;)

I was introduced to Himalayan Pink salt a couple of months ago, and I use it on everything i eat and i even prefer to drink my filtered water with it in as well, the salt makes the water taste 'creamy'.
I'm sure it has helped my pH levels too as it is very alkalising.

Thanks for this!
I read on www.rawfoodswitch.com
that that particular salt can help
you to detoxify.
