I think this is Kate's first book, I haven't had it long so haven't tried any of the recipes out so far....................but it's an English orientated book!! Honestly I have nothing against America, it's just great to see England can do raw too :D
HOWEVER it redeems itself significantlyThe downside of this book for me..............is the lack of pictures (I know I go on about them, but they really do help an incompetent chef like myself!!) as it includes the nutrient content of the recipes......which makes it so much easy to look at how much of what you are eating.
There isn't a key that you can look at and immediately know what equipment you need without reading through the recipe which is always handy as there are dehydrator recipes. She includes a section of 'Not Really Raw' recipes which can help those that are transitioning or not bothered about being 100% raw.
And this book is straight to the point without any faffing about how ecstatic we'll be when we eat this food blah blah blah ;)
