LOL I've literally just had this delivered this morning :597:, I liked her Dessert book so much I thought I'd try this one out too! It's a nice looking book with a key again, and some pictures of the food but not for all the recipes..........and quite a few of her and her dog.
Recipes are Americanized ;) but they don't require any dehydrating from what I can see, so for those without a dehydrator this book would be really useful along with her Desserts one.
She includes quite a few green tips about all aspects of life not just food, which she continued also into her Dessert book, and a handy page on substitutions which I think I'll put up in the Raw Recipe section on here (http://www.rawinuk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5):D
And the biggest thing I like about this book is that she includes the nutrient content of the recipes......make it so much easy to look at how much of what you are eating. Some might say that you don't need this when eating raw food but I want to balance what I eat and calories burned at the moment.
