This is a seperate thread to the normal one for the Southampton Pot Luck so that we can co-ordinate the dishes a little and don't end up with gallons of pumpkin soup or just pumpkin pie!!
:emot-spooky::emot-spooky::emot-spooky:

All the details are the same as the normal Southampton Pot Lucks and can be found here! (http://www.rawinuk.com/showpost.php?p=670&postcount=1)

Karen's original post - We are putting an additional pot luck on that has been requested on the Sunday 31st October as an impromptu Halloween Party feel free to make orange things, maybe make masks or we could have a fire bowl and do Sweet Chestnuts (any left!!)
For those not vegan Hugh Fernly-Whitingstall has a great recipe for marshmallows we could make (not raw I know but a fab treat)

Feel free to invite family & friends and we will have a great day no matter what the weather....remember dress warmly

p.s Please remember my little boy is totally freaked out by strange things and we would appreciate consideration extended to him, making masks then putting them on would probably be better than arriving in strange costumes.

To get the ball rolling Karen is making a pumpkin soup and I'm going to attempt a pumpkin pie as I've wanted to make one for years but never had the guts :42:

Just add what you propose to bring below so that people can see what not to replicate thanks ;)

:witch: :43: :42: :bat:

Some sites for stencils are here and if you want a carving set Waitrose are currently selling them (I've found it does make it easier);
