Hello from Hampshire!

Hi everyone! :peace:

Great to be in touch with the uk raw community. Me and my boyfriend live in a very small country town so I feel this forum may be essential for us! We've been 100% (not including a few bits) raw for about 2 months now. Deep in the detox phase, finding out what works for us, what our new favourite meals are and dealing with our empty bank account after buying lots of kit! :) (worth it thou!!)

We were given the forum address by the lovely Karen who made us gorgeous grub at the Health Etcetera retreat near Winchester - Thank you Karen. Hope to see you and meet some more raw folk at one of your Southampton pot lucks soon!

Hello Kat :welcome: Yesh i know what you mean about the kit and empty bank, ive got an empty bank butstill not all the kit, me bday coming up soon so i have the main ones, food procsser and dehydater (folks you'l get to see through my posts my spelling is terrible):confused2: ive been managing to get by without them, greatfully it the summer so its not to bad..

Kat where about in Hampshire you from? i use to lived in Three legged crossed, near Ringwood.. beautiful part of England

I live just outside of Winchester. Yup it's beautiful here this time of year. I'm not sure where Three legged crossed it's but I do know Ringwood. Often go past there on our way to Dorset, another beautiful place!

Don't worry about the spelling, we should make a sub-section for raw Dyslexics, I bet there'd be plenty! (I only look like I know how to spell coz I have auto spell check :D)
