Fennel and Apple Salad
1 bulb fennel
2 Granny Smith apples
Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Himalayan mountain salt
Raw honey
Chilli
Tarragon
Hemp seeds (garnish)
Thinly slice the fennel and core and thinly slice the apples. Layer on a plate. Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Garnish with fennel fronds and hemp seeds.
