A while ago I was watching a TV programme about history cold cases. This particular one was investigating a 600-year old skeleton found in a forgotten room in Stirling Castle.
By taking a sample from the femur of the skeleton and examining the isotopes, experts revealed that this long-dead man had been living on a diet of mostly fish.
Now to my way of thinking, doesn't this prove that 'you are what you eat'?
