Grrr, LOL after attempting to do one of the recipes in this book that said you could bung all the ingrdients into the Vita-Mix....................I nearly broke mine :o It was smoking and everything! So I would suggest that you follow the guidelines from Vita-Mix and do the dry ingredients first then add the wetter ingredients for all your recipes.
At the beginning there is a comprehensive history of cacao which I think I got a little bit bored with........but then being a chocoholic I'd want to get straight to the recipes! This book has pictures :D so you have some idea what you're aiming for phew. It also uses an easy key to work out what recipes will be able to make, there are quite a few that need a dehydrator.
All measurements are in cups in this book and I can thoroughly recommend the pineapple pockets with the dark chocolate sauce!
