It's gone now, but if you're not sure what the show is about these are some of my experiences this year ;)

All the stall holders were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful with information and of course freebies and show specials, yes they are hoping you will buy from them, but they are helpful with things like extra bags, looking after heavy goods you've bought from them til the end of the day, looking after your goodies while you go to the toilet block, ha ha it did happen! http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

I finally got the opportunity to get my bone density measured for free (tried 2 yrs ago but they were SO busy)............ and I'm off the scale with healthiness in that respect, my tester was stunned - AWESOME! We went to a talk by the Live Blood Analyst Ruth Daber which was fascinating and if you ever needed any evidence for not to eat meat then Ruth had it all there in her slide show, amazing pictures of the blood.

There were many food demos throught the weekend, we chose to see Kate Magic because I've never seen her in the flesh - she's so nice but didn't make a big enough cake because it was gone by the time I got to the front!

The Vita Mix ladies were hilarious and gave me a free replacement tamper after having zapped mine without the lid (lesson learnt!) and I finally got the SSOV t-shirt that I've wanted for ages and at a cheaper price!

The food was all lovely and it's great at Bristol to be able to sit and eat in the Amphitheatre and listen to the live music on a lovely sunny day :victory:
