A couple of weeks back I noticed a new range in my local Waitrose called Raw Health, here's a pic of what it looks like;

But at £3.99 for a box of their Crispbreads I couldn't really justify buying them to try out so bought one of their chewy bars (which I have yet to try) instead. However, at the Southampton Potluck this week, I was fortunate to get to try the 'Intensely Italian' crispbreads..................and oh WOW, they were lovely with such intense flavour!
I'm not saying rush out and stock up on a load of these (although that would help the company remain in a mainstream supermarket) because I'm sure most people could make a good version for maybe cheaper, but they are certainly useful if you are out and about or you don't have access to a dehydrator, or indeed if you simply do not have time to make things http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
They are also on sale at Goodness Direct for £3.99* (http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/affiliate/affiliatecode/detail/369099_Raw_Health_Raw_Crispbread_Intensely_Italian _100g.html) (don't forget free delivery over £35)
