Hi there. I first got into raw food because I cured my lactose intollerance with raw milk, because raw milk includes all the digestive enzymes and probiotics that milk needs to digest itself. http://www.realmilk.com (http://www.realmilk.com/) and http://www.raw-milk-facts.com (http://www.raw-milk-facts.com/)

I provide listings of raw milk suppliers here: http://www.meetup.com/westonaprice-london

Also, I am getting into fermented raw vegetables, which can be used to treat all manner of intolerances and even things like autism, because the probiotics and digestive enzymes in raw, fermented foods, provide what the gut requires to heal itself and nourish the entire body system. I recommend Gut and Psychology Syndrome for those suffering any mental disorder or intolerance: http://www.gaps.me (http://www.gaps.me/)

Fermentation itself produces many vitamins and also breaks down complex carbohydrates and proteins into more digestible forms, bypassing the need for cooking for those who alike raw but profer their food more digestible.

Incidentally, I'm running a fermentation workshop in London July 18th. Its a super fun way to prepare raw food and enhance its nutritional and life content. Fermentation is how people stored food before refrigeration. For more info visit: http://www.culturedprobiotics.co.uk
