Hiya
We holding a mini one day retreat at our home in Castle Ashby on Saturday 8th May.

Starting with breakfast at 8am and going on til late-ish.

There are no raw food events over here in Northamptonshire as yet, so this is my way of celebrating how being raw is benefiting my life and sharing the lurve with others
:hippie:

I have posted this on a couple of other forums and our Facebook page so hope that a few people come along and have a lovely day sharing stories and perhaps a few therapies (head massage, reiki etc)

If any rawbies would like to come join us then that would be just darn perfect:party0040:

I had intended to provide all feastings for the day in return for a £10 donation to food costs per person, BUT, if you do want to come perhaps instead of the £10 you could bring an amazing dish to add to the table for the evening feast?
What do you think?

We could make this a bit of a food festival or just for the first one...for there will be regular gatherings...have it a nice relaxed affair...I am open to suggestions.

Speakers also welcome

It would also be awesome if folks bring musical instruments - drums, fiddles, whatever:welcome:

The aim is to offer a sacred space for self discovery and beautiful sharing.
We have a lovely Sanctuary Garden in development here with fire pit for general chewing the cud round.

So, if you fancy a special day out then please post here to book your place and add any comments.

Namaste

I read that first sentence quickly and thought it said "We holding a mini one day retreat at our Castle ..."! Sounds good, but too far for me.
