I've booked myself on to this on 4th september after my Dad gave the most amazing review. He said he lost a stone, not that I'm out to lose any weight and that the yoga and meditation was out of this world. He's totally converted.

I like doing mini juice feasts of about 7 days so I'm really looking forward to it!!
