LOL this isn't going to be the best review for this book I'm afraid and you'll immediately see why :o I started to read this and enjoyed it straight away with all it's info and systems to help you diagnose yourself etc. But during one of these when I was trying to ascertain what was up with me.............I thought I'd read the page wrong, then thought I'd skipped something by accident...........THEN realised my pages go from 76 then straight to 109, thus missing out quite a bit of info!!! :eek::eek:
So there you go, I can't really say a great deal as I have a chunk missing :D But the recipes look good with a useful key to determine which ones will suit your intolerance.
