:wave:HELLOOOOO!!!
I am relatively new to the raw foodie life - 6 months now and most days stay to 75-80% raw. Still a huge amount to learn and change and share and do more learning, but life is looking lovely and I am looking forward to loosing weight and loosing pain and feeling fabulously blissful for the rest of my life in this body:hippie::whoo:... sorry I get a bit excited with active smilies:rolleyes2:
all righty...I would lurve to share stuff with anyone and if there are any rawbies near us in Northamptonshire or close then COOL!!
Heavenly happiness

Hello Dawn. :welcome:I'm also a relative newbie to Raw and also learning lots all the time. You seem to be doing very well if you are managing those levels of raw each day already. Shame you are not down here in Hampshire (Winchester area) but I'm sure there must be others nearer to you.
Hi Dawn, yes if you ever find yourself down in Southampton(shire) you totally have to come along to one of the Pot Lucks that is held here - you'll see what we get up to in this thread (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?t=275) ;)
If you ever find yourself near to Cambridge, haverawcake holds pot lucks (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?t=397) too :tea:
I should also add that if you want to 'blog' your raw journey and help others along the way, we have a great Diary section right here (http://www.rawinuk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=13).
Hope you have a great time on your journey of discovery............we all are here :victory:

Hi!
I know we have messaged on the potlucks in leicester thread but just wanted to say if you ever want to chat about your journey with raw food then please feel free. I have found that fellow raw fooders are not always easy to find locally and support is a big part of the journey. Ive been researching the raw lifestyle for over a year and I am now about 90%.

Hi guys
brilliant! Really enjoying reading through some of the post on here - so very inspirational and comforting too.
Today was a weird one as both of us felt totally NOT like eating at all until now...6pm!!
Yesterday we had a day making chocolate for orders and also tried out our hot chocolate elixir recipe...must say that we are a bit blown away by that TBH
:tea:
So this may have something to do with the no hunger thing...but we also had a bit of a naughty supper last eve as we were tired (I am the only one in our house to do any culinary stuff) We had bought potato wedges with a spicy coating and fried eggs...not a huge amount but not our usual food either!
During the day I keep to fully raw and then have a transitional meal at night ( I love hot food and hubby wont do raw apart from salads in summer)
Have been at this stage for 3 weeks now - before that I kept as raw as possible.
Now given up most dairy apart from a small amount of cheese every so often but it has to be melted or I have a nasty reaction to it...bizarre. Still like a cuppa and a latte and totally wont do soya at all.
I shall try and do a diary when I get time to spend in there...
love to you all xxxxx
