Hi and welcome, over my time battling with various intolerances I've come across various books, some better than others.
Please feel free to help others out in choosing their books, websites etc by posting reviews here.
It would be extremely helpful for viewers, if either when you post a new thread or reply to an existing review thread, that you put a good sign http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon14.gif average sign http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon2.gif or a not happy sign http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon13.gif in the title section of your post. That way people can see how many think that literature was good or not so good and help to make it more easier for an informed choice and help people save money ;)
Also please post any offers, the cheaper the books are, the more we can buy, unless our local library is well stocked!! :D
