Ice Cream

Wow - that's the first time I've ever used my Vitamix to make ice cream and it was aweome. 'Fraid I don't use measurements but I threw a large handful cashew nuts, a few dates and some raw cacao paste into the blender. When it was all mixed, I added a small banana and lots of frozen strawberries. It tasted fantastic. i practically climbed into the Vitamix to get the last drop out.:7834:

try banana and frozen blueberries with sprinkles of cacao nibs on top...AWESOME!!!!!

I think banana and frozen berries is fantastic too. I do mine in the champion with the homogenising plate - frozen banana alternating with frozen berries. In fact it reminds me to put some bananas in the freezer for tomorrow. My kids adore it!
