Sprouting Class

Hi Everyone,

I am organising a sprouting class :D which will be run by Max Tuck at her Home, for a maximum of 6 people. Max is a Certified Hippocrates Health Educator and her lectures are always truly fantastic. Her website is www.optimisedliving.com (http://www.optimisedliving.com)

If you are provisionally interested, please PM me and I will check dates with you as soon as I receive them. If it's okay with everyone, I will volunteer to collect money in advance as the price is per class not per person so it will be £10 each for 6 of us.

Details below - just awaiting some dates when Max is free. I'll put people's names down on a first come, first served basis and if there are extra people I'll let you know and we can organise another class with Max for another date.

Hi Claire!
Sprouting classes are for a maximum of 6 people and a minimum of 1.
The class is £60 per class, not per person, so if people drop out it is still £60.
Location is at my house (Junction 8 or 9 off M27)
Class lasts approx 2 hours, so it’s great value!
What will you learn... Everything!
Basically wheatgrass, sunflower greens, pea greens, jar sprouting, automatic sprouting, the 6 different types of sprouts and what they all do, sprouting & growing with & without soil etc.
I also give handouts as a summary for people to take away.
Michael Bergonzi charges £40 per person at Hippocrates so I am very definitely good value as I teach all the same stuff.

Talking about sprouts...does anyone have any tips on how to sprout whilst living in a motorcaravan? We don't have much room at all and no space for jars, sprouters or hanging bags. Any bright ideas would be very gratefully recieved.

So far I've got Janet and myself as definites, and hopefully you too. I've also got Ani as a possible, and am waiting to hear from one other lady. It's been a bit difficult as although there was a lot of interest, not many people can make 27th March. So I'm still looking to make up the 6! Would just like to say that yesterdays sprouting class was extremely informative and we all had a great time. Max was in no rush and happily answered all our questions............and there were many on various aspects of raw and living foods, to the point that we over ran by about an hour and a half! :D

Yes, we enjoyed a very interesting and inspiring Sprouting Class with Max on Saturday 27th March, in her beautiful raw food kitchen. She showed us how quick and easy it is to grow healthy sprouts, even when you're short of time, and gave us a wealth of information, on all sorts of raw food related topics. She will be running further classes shortly.
