I thought I would add some useful links that show what is season and at it freshest, and therefore more nutritious which goes for everybody and not just raw foodists ;)
National Trust - What's in Season? (http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/main/w-chl/w-countryside_environment/w-food_farming/w-plot_to_plate-gardens.htm)
BBC (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/) - click on the seasonal food tab
Good Food Channel (http://uktv.co.uk/food/homepage/sid/5154)
Eat Seasonably (http://www.eatseasonably.co.uk/) - Also tells you what to grow now
Eat the Seasons (http://www.eattheseasons.co.uk/) - this is a good little site as you can click on the Canads/USA to find their foods in season if you are visiting ;)
