being a typical scot i love my porridge.
i just made a lovely raw one using raw rolled oats (available from rawliving.eu) which you give a good wash then soak for at least 6 hours. drain and then add about a cup of water. give it a whizz in the vitamix. i don't like to whizz it too long as it's too liquidy and i like it a bit chunky.
warm very gently but so you can still stick your finger in without it being too hot then add raw honey and blueberries!

i've also had it with honey, pinch salt, bee pollen and cacao!!
