LOL well I have a sweet tooth! But I've only had time to do one recipe from this book, although it was easy to use so I always like that. Unfortunately there aren't any pictures in this little book, but it does contain quite a few tips at the start on things like dehydrating etc. Includes 9 ice creams, some coulis and sauces, recipes for Key Lime Pie, Caramel Pie, Cheesecake, moussses and parfaits. All recipes are in cups but she does give a conversion table inside that I've included in the recipe section here (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?t=22).
What I might have to do is make some of the recipes and come back here!
