Hi everyone

I KNOW I read something about periods/PMT etc on here but now I want to say something can I find it???

I had a discovery today! I usually try to eat very high raw and usually I have a very long cycle, say around 40 days. That is regular as clockwork and I don't get overly bad PMT...but let's just say I know it's that time of the month ha ha :o Well...I upped the green juice massively just before Christmas to around 1 1/2 -2 pints a day in an attempt to make some progress with candida and I woke up this morning and there was my period, TOTALLY unexpectedly. Looked at the calendar and today is day 28! Now in retrospect that would explain why I have been eating incredible amounts of raw chocs and had lots of cravings for junk this week, but all my usual PMT symptoms didn't materialise and I have zero cramps.

Result!!! Yaay for green juice! Try it!

I know that by ommitting sugar and wheat from diet vastly improved cramps, soreness and cravings. Funnily enough like you, I crave chocolate the week before, it used to be so bad I was almost in a trance when buying and eating it!! But now it's a small craving for about the first 2-3 days and it craves mainly raw choc now.............bizarre!

Since being more raw, I have to say that again I've seen a massive improvement in my symptoms, no more 'arrrgggggggggggggg I hate the living daylights out this' anymore, more like 'oh wow there it is, okay no worries'! http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon10.gif And are definitely seeming less hassle and slightly lighter...............thank raw for that! http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
