festive OUCH!!!

hubby and I are enjoying our festive holidays in Flamborough (east yorkshire coast)
so far the snow has been fun but the icy conditions made the road to the lighthouse we are staying in a bit dicey and i fell over and broke one of my ribs! (possibly 2 of 'em!)

sadly the painkillers have to be non-raw conventional, but needs must!
otherwise i feel like i was kicked by a horse! no bruising thankfully as we use a needle free acupuncture type of machine for this type of thing.
Comfrey oil is being administered twice daily too ;)

OMG Sharon what a nightmare, although you do sound quite prepared! :victory: Hopefully you'll still be able to enjoy you're Christmas.

And I'd just like to add that I am extremeeeeeely jealous, I've always wanted to stay in a lighthouse!!! :pout:
