Hi all,

I have been lurking on this site awhile and thought it was time I registered and said hello:peace:

I am transitioning to raw and hoping it will eliminate my Candida ,bad skin, stomach aches and right side of body pain.

I have just finished reading Alissa Cohens book. It has some great recipes in there that I cant wait to try.

I love this site and hope to get useful tips for my raw journey and enjoy the discussions with you all:)

I can totally relate to you on the Candida side of things, it's an evil little pest when you read about it eh? :pirate: < LOL that's me trying to attack it :D

Funny you should say about right side pain, I absolutely can't remember who said to me, possibly my chiropractor, that and I think I have this the right way round, the right side is related to your mother and the left side your father :noidea: I haven't had a chance to look into that theory so writing this here will remind me at some point, there might be somebody here that already knows about this but I thought it sounded rather strange, however in my case with my mother it could be the cause!!

Anyway that's what this site is about really, discovery! And with that in mind and you being based in London, if you do try out any raw or restaurants etc that cater for allergies and intolerances, please do report back here for others and help build this into a great resource for all :victory:

Yes, this candida has got go. We have been together for years now its time to part company. Going Raw just makes sense:)
