You have the opportunity to buy knowing that the products are coming fresh from our supplier. Raw organic dates are not readily available - we love these sun dried ones which have not been heat treated like many other dried dates. Our raw organic almonds are fresh from a supplier with a high turnover and have not been sitting around on supermarket shelves. Our large bags of raw buckwheat are great if, like us, you regularly sprout buckwheat for buckwheaties.
