EFT as mentioned in the November Newsletter, stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and the founder is Gary Craig who can be found here (http://www.emofree.com/). You can read about it on his site and download the basic techniques for free.

So what is it all about? From what I've been told (an I haven't had a chance to try it out yet) it's like tapping on certain points around the body to get your energies flowing again, but Gary Craig explains better on his site;

EFT is a powerful new discovery that combines two well established sciences so you can benefit from both at the same time:

Mind Body Medicine
Acupuncture (without needles).

In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips. This addresses a new cause for emotional issues (unbalanced energy meridians). Properly done, this frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief.

Please post about any experiences you've had with it, positive or negative.

I was watching Paul McKenna yesterday (thankfully not in real life as I think his voice is immensely soothing and I would have nodded off!) and he did this EFT technique with a client but called it TFT - Thought Field Therapy.....I'm assuming it's the exact same thing so thought I would just add it here in case anyone gets confused http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
