Welcome to the new Raw in UK newsletter, we are hoping that this will be a monthly occurrence to highlight some of the new happenings on the forum and introduce competitions for members.
:5393: Firstly we have a new addition to Raw in UK, we have set up a board for Alternative & Complementary Therapies (http://www.rawinuk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=30) through chatting to some people and discovering EFT, I had no idea of its existence and got to thinking I can’t be the only one! So if you want to know more or you've tried and tested any other therapies please do let others know on the new board with information such as, did it work for you?
Was it expensive, but maybe worth it?
Perhaps you’d like to highlight to people about how many sessions they might expect to have before seeing a difference?
Maybe you know some simple natural therapies that people can do for free?
:9437: With the cold, wet nights drawing in for winter many people suffer from colds and the dreaded flu, but are there ways in which we can combat these miserable bugs and get back to what we want to do with our precious time? Patrick Holford (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?t=359) has devised some easy to follow tips, maybe you’ve got some healthy natural tips to add that could help somebody else out?
:tea: While we’re on the subject of cold wintery evenings, I’m on a mission for raw Winter Warmers (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?p=1233#post1233), lovely yummy cosy recipes for our British climate, I’ve added 2 of my favourite Vita Mix soups but I’m sure our creative members can add plenty more ideas.
:4628: Following on from our health theme this month – do you know if your body is acidic or alkaline? We’ve got a great thread running (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?t=308) talking about the different foods that can help you become more alkaline if you are suffering from an acidic body. And as ever if you have any views on the matter please add them.
:638: Did you know that Raw in UK allows you to ‘rate’ your favourite raw food restaurants and any restaurants that are good at providing for those with allergies and intolerances – you just click on the ‘RATE PLACE’ button and determine it’s level of stars for your experience. And now you can do the same for Raw Literature and any literature you’ve read for Allergies and Intolerances, so click away and let everyone know your view via the star system, you don’t even have to post about it!
