Nama Shoyu

I really wanted to make Matt Amsdens Onion Bread..............but could I find this flippin nama shoyu lark in the shops.........well not down my way I couldn't!! :mad:

So rooted around with Google and found the Japan Centre ( www.japancentre.com ) :D So I bought some Yamato Hishiho (300ml) at £5.10 per bottle but as delivery was at £4.95 I bought 2 bottles and some Wakame from their extensive range of seaweeds too.

And quite tasty too ;)

Thought I would jus add, if you are having problems trying to get hold of Nama Shoyu, according to Ani Phyo you can substitute it with Bragg Liquid Aminos (https://www.yourhealthfoodstore.co.uk/details.php/p4687_bragg_liquid_aminos_all_purpose_seasoning.ht ml)
