LOL call me slow, but I've only just discovered this magazine from the Fresh Network. It's really informative with a lot of debates and differing views on various topics not just food, and all from leading experts in the field.

It's a quaterly mag, priced at £3.95 or £2.97 as an e-mag, with back issues available too.
