Hello,
where can I find dark greens in the UK;
- Aragula
- Beetgreens
- bok choy
- collard greens
- dandelion
- kale (found these in tesco chopped up in bag)
- mustard greens

These greens are nowhere to be found in most supermarkets in UK.

:wave:hi rawnutt...
a few of these greens are really easy to grow youself.. aragula, beet, kale, mustard & chard you can also find dandelion & mustard growing wild.
You can also try your local farmers markets, I'm lucky to work in an organic farm shop where we sell a range of seasonal greens.
hope this helps:peace:
Hi and :welcome: rawnutt

:confused2:Arugula is also called rocket and that's definitely in Waitrose on it's own in a bag or mixed in with other salad leaves, Bok choy is also known as pak choi and again that was in Waitrose this weekend as was kale chopped up and in a bag.
Dandelions are in my garden everywhere ;) I'm pretty sure you won't find them in a supermarket, maybe a really good farm shop, or a neighbours garden or on a country walk :victory:
Beetgreens you'll find on top of beetroots in good farm shops and Waitrose also had them, not sure if they had them recently though.
Swiss chard - not seen that one around but Riverford Organics (http://www.riverford.co.uk/recipes/recipe.php?recipeid=104&catid=5) might have some.
Collard greens/mustard greens - I haven't seen them about, I would assume mustard greens are mainly grown by individuals in the UK, and Collard greens look like mainly an American staple?? - Leafy Greens (http://www.vegetableexpert.co.uk/TheLeafyGreens.html)
Am I right in detecting you may come from America??
LMAO flipping heck Terralove is on the button today ;)
Edit - actually rawnutt if you are from USA, you might find this post helpful

If you have any more worries/queries, don't hesitate to ask as there's loads of knowledgeable people on here (but I'm not including me in that!!) http://www.rawinuk.com/images/icons/icon10.gif
