Vita Organic link (http://www.vitaorganic.co.uk/)- Has anybody eaten at this restaurant? If so we'd love a review of the following;

What was the range of food on offer?
Food quality?
All raw, or easy to identify the raw dishes?
Price range?
Accessibility/parking?
What you thought of the food and ambiance?

Much thanks :)

This is a fab wee place. It's usually packed so you might have to wait for a seat or share a table. They do a great range of raw and cooked food and smoothies and juices and puddings. I love vita, the people that work there are really nice. It's on a busy road in London so parking is a no go.

I have been once and I loved it. It was once place where I could happily eat anything there without having to think about it. There were lots or raw/high raw dishes and it was all very yummy. My children loved it too, especially the carob cheesecake. I did go with my vegetarian sister and her husband and my meat-eating father too - my sister and her husband were happy with it but my father was not impressed - but it is not his kind of food. You pay for a 'plate' and then pay per scoop of food - a kind of served buffet - at least that was what was on offer at lunchtime when we were there.

Yes it's still the pay for a plate and get a £1 a scoop until 6pm when they have a raw menu although I had to get it from behind the counter as most of the people there were there for the cooked vegan buffet. I had raw falafel and hummus and it was lovely!!

I should update that this is now called Vitao and run by a different team, still VERY tasty offerings though which I can personally vouch for now ;)

The original Vita Organic team now run Vantra (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?p=2604#post2604) which opened last week.
