:welcome: It's good to see you and your wisdom here, I realise there are other forums on raw food, but I really wanted to try and connect raw with food intolerances et al, although that's expanding to other conditions too now like diabetes, ME and Candida which is awesome. So hopefully if you have any experiences in those areas it would be great to hear, many thanks.
