I haven't ever seen this before but wonder if it could be really useful for those avoiding gluten and wheat?
I obviously have no idea how it performs but I should imagine the company, Tiana (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?p=576#post576), would be more than happy to answer any queries, this is a bit about the product - unbeatable in quality, nutrition, taste and health benefits. Certified organic in the UK and the EU, perfect for gluten, wheat and dairy free, low-carbohydrate, raw, vegan and vegetarian diets. Premium quality, superior taste and excellent value for money from a brand you can trust.
