I now have an abundance of aloe vera plants, I didn't realise that they reproduced so much LOL!!
So far I have only used it on some scratches I picked up in the garden, but it really helped stop the stinging and I reckon it helped to make them heal a lot quicker than normal. I must start using the gel in smoothies and things to get it inside me too. I might try David Wolfe's (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?t=110) suggestion of an Aloe Vera Mask too, he says it gives an instant face lift for tired and sagging skin!
Simple Aloe Vera Mask - Fillet a small piece of aloe vera, exposing the inner gel. Rub a thick layer of this gel over the face and neck. Can leave on overnight and then rinse with lukewarm water in the morning.
