Being nosey like I just wondered what everybody else uses to prep raw food??

I've got an;
Excaliber 9 tray dehydrator
Vita-mix
Moulinex Juice Master Juicer (still going well since 2003)
Food Processor
Wheat grass juicer (thanks to Karen)
Sprouter
Champion

Would like;
A spiraliser but don't know which one :(

I have:
an Excalibur 9 Tray Dehydrator - essential for my raw food creations
a Rhino blender - used numerous times a day - fantastic product!
a Champion Juicer - I've had it for years and I use it for raw ice cream as well as nut butters and juices occasionally
a Soyquick SDZ Milk Maker - which I use to make raw nut mylk, I'm not very good with nut mylk bags
an ancient Kenwood Food Processor - which I hope to replace with a better one someday, but it still works fine for dry grinding nuts/seeds and processing nuts/fruit/vegetables for raw burgers, pie crusts, salads etc.
a Kitchencraft porringer - for melting cacao/coconut butter and gently warming raw soups/sauces

I'd quite like a spiraliser too - been meaning to get one for ages - might ask Santa this year.

I do not have any of that equipment, but just... ordinary kitchen equipment plus a slow cooker (sorry).

I much prefer to cut all my vegs and fruit by hand and never liquidise any. I buy organic carrot juice at the health food shop - expensive I know but for as long as I can afford it... besides only half a glass of it is sufficient to provide a day's requirement of beta carotene.

I just can't get into all that home making malarkey, but I'm open to persuasion. ;)

In my kitchen I've got:

- Juicer (L'Equip 110.5 Pulp Ejector Centrifugal)
- Blender (Kitchenaid)
- Food Processor (Cuisinart)
- Dehydrator (Excalibur 5-tray)
- Nut Milk Maker (Yaoh)
- Manual Wheatgrass Juicer (Easyhealth)
- Coffee grinders for grinding nuts and seeds (James Martin and Krups)
- Sprouter (Easy-Sprout)
- Tray Sprouter (Healthy Sprouter)
- Glass Germinator (Biosnacky)
- Spirulizer (Benriner)
- Mandolin
- Water filter (Kenwood) and Living Water Vortex Jug

These work great for me, although I would like to eventually upgrade to a Hurom juicer and a Vitamix or Rhino blender - and some sharp knives!

PS: Also no toaster and no microwave, and an oven that's never used!

Wow, i thought i was doing really well with my vitamix, excalibur and extra little fridge for greens! It took me years to save up for those and thought my raw kitchen was complete!

I also have glass jars for sprouting; a nut milk bag; a vortex jug and a tiny little spirlulizer which makes weeny thin strips (hardly noodles!) and that's about it. I would love a proper spirulooli which does made noodles; a proper tiered self-watering sprouter so there's room for herbs on the windowsill instead of sprouts, a really good processor, a good mandolin, a pestle and mortar, a glass jar for my leftover smoothies and a personal blender. Oh and would like a gardener with digger to lift the tree stumps and rubble out of our garden so we can get some new soil in and start planting as an extension of the kitchen.

However i still think talking to your food and loving it is more important than any gadgets in terms of altering it's mouth-feel, nutritional value or appearance.
