Virtual Party - come and join in!

To celebrate our opening we are having an online party this week and would love you to join in. It will all take place on this thread. You are welcome to dress up if you wish and it is a pot luck so you can bring your own virtual food. This is a fun, alcohol free party and you can bring your kids.

Our first game is lucky dip chocolate. This means that we are offering a mini pack of 2 raw Booja Booja truffles for the first 20 orders from people who participate in the party on this thread! It is a lucky dip because you will not know if you will get the wonderful raspberry or the dark ecuadorian chocolate. Just getting ready for the party game 2 - it won't be pin the tail on the donkey but virtual pin the blueberry on the cake. I'm off to make the party cake and then you will be able to guess where the blueberry goes. Whoever gets it closest will win a prize.........more to come.

Well I had some yummy raw tomato soup with the tomatoes from our garden, and then I've indulged in a raw cheezecake with berry coulis;

Your cake looks amazing. I am about to make a strawberry cake of some kind for the party game 2.....I feel a new invention coming on. Has yours got nuts in the cheeze part? I was thinking of something with cacao butter, avocado, banana and strawberries with an almond and date crust - my almonds are soaking so I need to patient. It might be our dinner since we had such a healthy lunch!

Aww thanks! It doesn't look too bad considering it travelled for an hour up the A34 on Saturday............and melted in the heat and cos Godders hadn't kept it flat it ran over the edge, so it went in the freezer for a while at a BBQ.

The person I'd made it for (well for me, her and Godders) couldn't turn up which was a shame, so a few non raw eaters tucked in, and liked it :eek: Then it went off on another journey of about 20 mins to Abingdon, where it stayed over night in a fridge, then a 10 min journey on Sunday finally delivered it to the intended reciepient. Then it had another hour drive down the A34 back home yesterday..............and I tucked in today!

So it's a very well travelled bit of cake!! :D:D

BTW your combination sounds a little like the Rainforest Creation stalls' cake.

I must admit even though I'm not massively fussed about raw I'm normally pretty impressed at how good the cakes are :) And I don't normally go for non-raw cakes either :D

This is our second party game - guess where the blueberries are on the raw pie. I made this raw pie today

And then I cut a slice (actually our family ate half of it for dessert tonight!) and took off 2 blueberries. You need to guess where on the slice of pie the two blueberries are. Download the picture (http://www.haverawcakeandeatit.co.uk/raw_food_uk/SPECIAL_OFFERS_Organic_Raw_Food.html), add 2 blueberries (or 2 dots, crosses, circles, whatever you want) and then post the new picture on the Party Game 2 thread (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?p=456#post456). The winner will be the person whose blueberries are nearest to the ones on the original pie. I will post pics of the pie with blueberries when the winner is announced. The winner will receive a mini box of booja booja truffles. You have until Saturday 12:00 to post your pics. You do not need to order anything to enter this.
