I'm hoping many people will join me in effectively 'blogging' their raw lifestyle here. It's good to read back and remember changes especially if you start to doubt what you are trying to achieve.......life has dips and highs, but people can get you through with words of wisdom OR gentle reminders of how you were before ;)
