I read a book by Erica White on dealing with candida, but I can't remember which one it was. What I do remember was that it annoyed me as it made me feel I wouldn't be able to cope. There were things likes douches or something and it scared the living daylights out of me!
If anybody has read it and thinks differently please do post about it to help others out. I haven't read her cookbook which might have been more use.
