This recipe was taken from Ani's Dessert book (http://www.rawinuk.com/showthread.php?t=58)
1 cup Raisins
3/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup raw carob powder
1 tsp mesquite powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
Combine raisins, walnuts, carob, mesquite and salt, process until dough begins to stick. I flattened mine out ans then used cookie cutters.
Ani then says to chill in freezer for 30mins and then transfer to fridge and keep for many weeks in fridge.
But I dehydrated mine and half way through I stuck cacao nibs in, they came out all crunchy and chewy :D Here's a couple of pics of my version ;)
