Apple tried to get a gagging order... that's backfired bigtime...
If anything I would have thought Apple would want to mitigate their losses by warning consumers about this... after all, if a device were to do the same but injure someone, they would be liable as they were aware of the problem.
But no, they only care about profits, mostly from the eejits that flock to buy their inferior products with an apple logo etched into them :rolleyes:
Sadly this is a classic problem of BIG CORPORATION v the everyday consumer :rolleyes:
