Hi from Central Scotland.
Been interested in RAW for 7+ years. Fallen off the wagon a lot but determined to stay this time. Great that we have this site, just what we need in UK.
Drowning in RAW+Nutrition books here, sometimes a bit daunting with conflicting opinions.:confused:

I'm really glad you've picked up on the conflicting advice.........I've read a fair few books and found some points confusing, so hopefully things can be thrashed out on this site so that it's a bit easier to see a way through it all for raw newbies :confused:

It would be great if you could share you reviews of the books you have too, and we have a rating system on this site for books, so press away and hopefully the more people that rate books will make it easier for newbies to know which are the best ;)
