I can honestly say I have never heard of these allergies before! But the Oral Allergy Syndrome that is linked to Hayfever via pollen being deposited on vegetables makes sense.............and is a case when the raw food nutrition may not be a good idea. Washing veg really well and peeling doesn't even reduce the problem as the pollen manages to interact with the protein!
Starch Allergy is another strange one that I haven't ever heard of, but have heard of people having intolerances to the nightshade family and wonder if that might be similar?
