When I was on a wheat free regime I was overjoyed to find a book that had soooooo many recipes for things I wasn't able to eat!! IT has an American influence so you'll need measuring cups for this book.
For some of the recipes you need to make up 'Lola's Superfine Flour', all of the ingredients are easy to find in the UK so no problems there, but make sure you have all the ingredients before you want to make that particular recipe ;)
I haven't made a great deal out of this book, but that is purely down to time constraints, what I did make worked though.
