Jax told me to post, basically she told me I was weird... so here goes...
I have an intolerance to chlorophyll, I've had it since I was being weaned on solids. My Mum used to cooked me the best fresh green veg and I would vomit it all up in a rather spectacular way.
It has been diagnosed as an intolerance to chlorophyll, I also have an allergy to sun but not to the same degree as some people who can't go out in the sun at all.
Anyway, in order for me to eat veg I have to eat them raw, I avoid cauliflower, broccoli (sorry MrsB) and other furry type veg. But can, will and do eat everything else raw. The cooking process brings out the chlorophyll and the smell alone makes me sick, which makes going out for meals quite difficult, have to have all veg at the other side of the table and have to have them removed from my plate by someone elses cutlery. The stench of them is quite rank and I have been known to have to leave a restaurant or have to sit with a tissue doused in olbas oil over my nose and mouth.
I am fine with everything raw. However, I am a meat eater, and would rather have meat over veg any day. Does eating meat almost raw count too? :D
Anyway that's my weird intolerance, one that's not going to go away I suspect its been around for a while now.
I really should have added that my body also can't take grape juice or raw onions. I can eat grapes, but if they come in juice form it makes me very very sick. Onions just repeat on me time and time again all day.
