Just been reading an old copy of Natural Health and found an advert for a Cookery Workshop catering for allergies run by a lady called Christine Bailey (http://www.thefoodandhealthadvisor.co.uk/)who was Coeliac Society Chef of the Year. She covers WF/GF, dairy free and egg free.
