Finally found my copy..........it was hiding in my bedroom, probably because I was trying a few things out of the book. So as you may have gathered it's not strictly just a bout raw, and obviously from its title it's more about detoxing everything in your life.
There are a number of recipes at the back, but don't buy this book if you just want recipes as it's aimed more to making improvements in the whole of your life e.g. eliminating toxins in your life, ridding your body of toxins and how to gain a clearer and calmer mind.
I like the way Shazzie (http://www.shazzie.com/) has written this book, it's a 'mature' read from her, and her before and after pics on the back are quite dramatic, she looks amazing on the cover!
